Current site use

This website provides product information, free planning tools, and an optional calculator-question form. LaunchOps Guides uses third-party commerce providers for checkout and related transaction services. Depending on the applicable product and purchase path, these may include Lemon Squeezy and Digistore24. LaunchOps Guides does not require an account or email address to use the calculators or view their results.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device data, request timestamps and error logs. LaunchOps Guides does not currently use this site to request sensitive personal information.

Privacy-conscious site measurement

LaunchOps Guides uses Google Analytics 4 in Advanced Consent Mode to measure aggregate website use. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. In this default state, Google Analytics does not read or write analytics cookies or persistent device identifiers. It may receive cookieless measurements such as page loads, event timestamps, page address, referrer, browser information and consent state. These measurements help us estimate external page traffic and understand which free resources, state product pages and checkout links are used.

Cookieless page-load counts do not identify a person and cannot reliably determine whether several page loads came from one visitor. If you expressly allow analytics cookies through “Privacy choices,” Google Analytics can provide more complete source, session and on-site journey reporting. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals remain disabled. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment details or other sensitive information to Google Analytics.

Your analytics-cookie choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change it at any time using the unobtrusive “Privacy choices” control.

First-party aggregate measurement

LaunchOps Guides separately counts page requests, rendered page loads and selected calculator-to-product and checkout-link actions using its own website infrastructure. We store daily aggregate totals by public page, broad source category, state and traffic classification. This counter requires no analytics cookie and creates no persistent visitor or session identifier. It reads the existing administrative/testing marker where available to separate internal activity.

The traffic_daily measurement table does not store raw or hashed IP addresses, email addresses, full browser user-agent strings, full referrer URLs, arbitrary query strings or fingerprints. We retain these daily aggregates for approximately 13 months. Automated cleanup removes records older than the retention period during normal site operation. Reports exclude expired periods. No event-level visitor history is stored. Counts represent page loads and actions, not unique people or sessions.

This counter is separate from Google Analytics and operates independently of your optional analytics-cookie choice. Hosting/platform providers may also process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser metadata, to deliver, secure and operate the website. Their technical processing and log retention are separate from our aggregate measurement table.

Internal and testing traffic

LaunchOps may label known administrative or testing browsers as internal traffic. This classification is used to separate technical quality-assurance activity from external visitor behavior in business reporting. It is not based solely on country and is not used for advertising.

Affiliate attribution

For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy, LaunchOps Guides uses that provider for checkout, digital delivery and affiliate-referral attribution. When a visitor arrives through a qualifying affiliate link, Lemon Squeezy’s official affiliate tracking technology may create an anonymous referral identifier and related technical attribution data for the program’s applicable tracking period. This information is used to determine whether a later qualifying purchase should be attributed to the referring affiliate. LaunchOps Guides does not use this referral information to build its own behavioral advertising profile. Lemon Squeezy processes related technical, referral, checkout and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

Calculator questions and communications

After receiving a calculator result, you may voluntarily submit an email address and an optional question so LaunchOps Guides can respond. The submission also records the applicable state and calculator, submission time, page address, referrer and available UTM campaign information. Calculator financial inputs and results are not submitted with this form. A form submission is a request for a response and does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing list.

If you email LaunchOps Guides directly, your email address, message and any information you choose to provide will be used to respond to your inquiry. Form and email communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Checkout and Commerce Providers

LaunchOps Guides uses third-party commerce and payment providers to process purchases and provide related transaction services. Depending on the applicable product and purchase path, these providers may include Lemon Squeezy and Digistore24.

When you make a purchase, information necessary to process the transaction may be collected and processed by the applicable commerce provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

LaunchOps Guides does not collect or store complete payment card details through its website.

Sharing and retention

LaunchOps Guides does not sell personal information. Calculator-question submissions are stored through the website’s hosting infrastructure so LaunchOps can respond. Technical data may be processed by service providers only as needed to host, secure and operate the website, and retained according to their operational and legal requirements.

Your choices

Analytics cookies are off unless you expressly allow them. You may allow or decline optional analytics cookies and change that choice later through the site’s “Privacy choices” control. If analytics cookies remain off, Google Analytics may still receive cookieless signals, and our separate first-party aggregate counter continues without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. You may also clear or limit browser storage through your browser settings. If you follow a link to another service, review that service’s privacy policy before submitting information.

Policy updates

This policy may be revised as site features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
